Payments require a paid status and payment date. Booking cash uses the saved deposit; shop cash uses saved item prices × quantities. Walk-in cash uses the amount the stylist recorded as received. Booking values are estimates, separate from cash received. All dates use Europe/London.

About these figures
Recorded payments include paid booking deposits and paid shop orders. Booking value is an estimate of service prices, not money received. Walk-in payments are manually recorded by the stylist. Unpaid walk-in balances are excluded from cash totals. Online appointment balances and refunds are not tracked automatically.
Returning customers are identified from earlier bookings with the same email address. Stock alerts show current inventory.
